Historic Woodside Mill Baseball Park

Located a few blocks from the Clock Tower in downtown Simpsonville, on West Curtis Street just past the Activity Center. Woodside Park offers the GAP League a truly nostalgic feel to the game of basball. Woodside features a large wooden grandstand behind home plate, a manual scoreboard, wood/brick dugouts, and a very spacious field. Plenty of room for fielding errors, gentlemen!
A special thanks to the Chad Foster, Athletic Director of Simpsonville Parks and Recreation for making this happen!

Join us on March 9, 2008, from 2:00PM to 5:00PM at Woodside Park Field for an open "Workout" session. Please don't confuse this with a Try-out - it is not. The Work-out session is a chance to grab your glove and your favorite baseball uniform and come out to take some infield and outfield practice. This will also be a good time for us to evaluate pitchers, and for anyone to ask the League Commissioner any questions they may have about the League. If you wish to sign up for the league after the Workout session at Woodside Park, you'll be welcome to do so. (Alumni players please refrain from participating in the Work-out session, unless you must attend with a friend).
We look forward to seeing you out there!
